How to Request Account Deletion

In compliance with Google Play Store policies, Lower6 Next provides users with the ability to delete their accounts and associated data. Please follow these steps to request account deletion:

  1. Email Request: Send an email to crossmdmph@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request"
  2. Include Information: In your email, please include:
    • Your registered email address
    • Username (if applicable)
    • Date when you created your account (approximate)
  3. Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours
  4. Completion: Your account and associated data will be deleted within 7 business days

Data Deletion Information

When you request account deletion, the following actions will be taken:

Data That Will Be Deleted

  • Account profile information
  • User preferences and settings
  • Food scan history and logs
  • Nutrition tracking data
  • Glycemic impact calculations
  • Any photos uploaded for food scanning

Data That May Be Retained

  • Anonymized usage statistics
  • App performance data
  • Purchase records (as required by law)
  • Information required for legal compliance

This data is retained for a maximum period of 90 days after account deletion, after which it is permanently deleted.

Please note that once your account is deleted, all associated data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. If you wish to use Lower6 Next again in the future, you will need to create a new account.
