Your salary, bonus pay and investments become your resources which help you live and then enjoy a healthy retirement. The fats, proteins and carbohydrates you consume on a daily basis are the resources your heart needs not just to live but from placing your heart in EARLY RETIREMENT.
The chart shows that as a person goes from doing minimal, moderate to maximum activity your voluntary muscles, the ones you command such as your arms,and the major involuntary muscle which is your heart demand fuel from 3 major food sources. I am not seeking a PROFIT but am somewhat of a PROPHET by letting you know that any metabolic process which restricts food sources for too long might help a person LOSE WEIGHT but at the cost of the heart losing its minimum wage energy requirement and going into early retirement.
So here are some PROFITS and what the PROPHET says could happen if diet and lifestyle are circumvented in an effort to lose weight, without any EFFORT?;
DIET PILLS (PROFIT). Stimulants solely elevate your heart rate back and forth between minimal/moderate activity hence you could see per the chart that 2 TIMES the body fat is burned in 1/2 the time resulting in a person losing body fat and weight. The problem becomes a lack of oxygen support when the heart accelerates as the person just takes the diet pill but is not exercising. So when your heart per effect of the diet pill keeps fluctuating between MINIMAL/MODERATE RATE with no Oxygen support one gets a MINIMAL/MODERATE PULSE which equals an ARRHYTHMIA. (PROPHET)
SURGICAl WEIGHT LOSS (PROFIT). This is weight loss by malabsorption or absorbing less of all 3 food sources which both voluntary and involuntary muscles need. So choose your fatigue by starvation of fuel sources. Starve your heart and/or starve your muscles.
