This is relaxation therapy close to a body of WATER. Relax, breathe deeply and smile. People who live close to and/or have access to calming bodies of water live 5 years longer than people who live in land locked concrete urban dwellings.
So, get you some beach, ocean, lake or bath tub time on a regular basis. And fellas please be
careful of developing "cervical neck bikini-itis" if you plan a day at the beach. A condition
caused by staring too much and too Long at....well you know what I mean.
